Missed last week’s Show {Off} Your Shot, but was excited to learn that the Show {Off} Your Shot I posted on August 25th was picked as a winner!  Bummer that the link to my site is broken, so I’m not sure how many people were able to see it.

So, back to this week.  This was the sky yesterday.  Note the fluffy clouds with actual blue sky visible and sunshine!  After days and days of rain, it was so nice to walk about of my building as feel sun on my face.

I took this with my phone at Pajama Story Time at the library last night.  It didn’t start until 7pm and it was fast approaching bedtime, so Mabel wasn’t in the best of moods.  However, I rarely get to do this kind of thing with her since I work full-time so I tried to make the best of it.  What was hilarious and slightly embarrassing was that Mabel kept walking over to sit in another woman’s lap!  I’m telling myself it’s just because that lap had a better view of the book.
